Flight of Teas! April 14th & 15th

Hey, tea fans! This weekend come by the shop to try our yummy flight of teas: Yanagi Green, Chun Mee, and Bai Hao Oolong.

When making Sencha, there is a rubbing process, and during so sometimes leaves fall out and become flattened or folded. These leaves are what makes Yanagi, having a lighter taste than a typical Sencha. Due to its lighter brew, people prefer to enjoy this Japanese green prior to meals, or even in-between.

Chun Mee is a traditional green tea from China. It carries a brisker taste than most Chinese greens, reminiscent of charred asparagus. If you enjoy Gunpowder Green, you will definitely enjoy this tea!

This Taiwanese Oolong has a taste similar to our Fanciest Formosa Oolong, brewing a stoned peach fruit flavor without a masking charcoal essence. Bai Hao is an enjoyable cup for the Oolong lover or beginner!
